EmberFy is a financial planning and budgeting application designed to help users track their progress toward Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) goals. The Service includes budget tracking, net worth monitoring, FIRE calculators, and an AI-powered educational coach.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Service provides educational tools and calculators that use assumptions and projections. We make no guarantee that:

• You will achieve any specific financial outcome
• Calculator projections will match real-world results
• Any investment return assumptions will be realized
• The 4% rule or other withdrawal strategies will work for your situation

Your actual results will depend on many factors including market conditions, inflation, taxes, your specific circumstances, and factors beyond anyone's control.

5. AI Coach Limitations

The AI Financial Coach feature is designed to provide general educational information about FIRE concepts and budgeting principles. The AI Coach:

• Does not provide personalized investment advice
• Cannot recommend specific investments, stocks, or financial products
• Does not provide tax advice or tax planning strategies
• May produce responses that are inaccurate or incomplete
• Should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter into the Service
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Verifying any information before acting on it
• Seeking professional advice for your specific situation
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmberFy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

8. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
